Terms of Service

1. Adults only

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live if higher, to use this site. Before you can see explicit content you must confirm your age. Where the law of your state requires it, that means an age check with our verification partner; elsewhere in the United States it means your own signed declaration that you are 18 or older. For a viewer age check we keep only the outcome, never your identity documents.

We decide which applies from the location of your connection. Using a VPN or other means to misrepresent your location to avoid a verification you are required to complete is a violation of these terms.

2. Your account

You sign in with a one-time code sent to your email, a passkey, or a linked social account. Keep your sign-in methods secure. You are responsible for activity on your account. Usernames are chosen once and cannot be changed.

We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms, the Content Policy, or the law.

3. Content and creators

Creators are members who have completed identity verification and signed our Content Provider Agreement. Only verified creators may publish explicit media. Every person appearing in content must be a verified adult who has consented in writing; creators tag the people who appear, and each tagged person accepts before the post is published. For creators and the people who appear with them, the identity records required by 18 U.S.C. 2257 are kept in a restricted store for as long as the law requires.

Creator content is reviewed before publication until the creator has an established record, and is subject to removal at any time. See the Content Policy for what is and is not allowed.

You keep ownership of what you post. You grant us a licence to host, display, and distribute it on the site as needed to operate the service, including creating previews and applying watermarks.

4. Purchases

Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled. Pay-per-view unlocks and tips are one-time charges. Joining and browsing are free. Any price is shown to you before you are charged. Charges appear on your statement as VELVETSOCIAL. Cancellation and refund terms are in the Billing & Refunds policy.

Payments are processed by CCBill. CCBill's terms apply to the payment itself.

5. Acceptable use

Do not download, record, redistribute, or resell content. Do not harass, threaten, impersonate, or dox anyone. Do not attempt to circumvent age verification, access controls, or watermarks. Do not use automated tools to scrape the site.

6. Reporting and complaints

Anyone, with or without an account, can report content using the Report Content page. We review every report, resolve complaints within seven days, and remove content that violates our policies. People who believe they appear in content without consent can request removal the same way and we treat those reports as urgent.

7. Copyright

If you believe content on the site infringes your copyright, report it on the Report Content page or send a notice to legal@velvetsocial.com. Include the work you own, where the infringing content appears, your contact details, a statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorized, and a statement under penalty of perjury that your notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner. We remove infringing content and close the accounts of repeat infringers.

8. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided as is. To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim implied warranties and limit our liability to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before a claim.
