All models, actors, actresses, and other persons who appear in any visual depiction of actual or simulated sexually explicit conduct appearing on or otherwise contained in VelvetSocial were over the age of eighteen (18) years at the time of the creation of such depictions.

VexSolutions LLC is not the primary producer of the content on this site. Content is uploaded by independent creators, each of whom has completed identity verification and has attested that every person depicted is a verified adult who consented to the production and distribution of the content.

Custodian of records

Records required by 18 U.S.C. 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75 for content produced by VexSolutions LLC, and records provided to us by creators, are kept by the Custodian of Records at: Kevin Brown, Managing Member, VexSolutions LLC, VexSolutions #1639, 3333 Preston Road STE 300, Frisco, TX 75034, United States.

Each creator is the primary producer of their own content. Before any content is published we collect and keep, with the Custodian of Records above, the identity records and written consent of the creator and of every person who appears in it. On request from an authorized inspector, we will provide the identity of the primary producer and the records in our possession.

Removal and consent

Any person who believes they appear in content on this site without their consent, or who wishes to withdraw consent, may contact legal@velvetsocial.com or use the Report Content page. Such reports are treated as urgent and the content is removed while we investigate.
