Billing & Refunds

What you can buy

Subscriptions: monthly access to a creator's subscriber-only posts. Priced by the creator between $4.99 and $50.00 per month.

Pay-per-view: a one-time unlock of a single post, priced between $3.00 and $100.00. Unlocks are permanent while the post remains available.

Tips: a one-time gift to a creator, between $5.00 and $100.00 ($200.00 for established creators).

Renewals

Subscriptions renew automatically every month on the day you subscribed, at the price shown when you subscribed. If a creator changes their price, your renewal price does not change until you cancel and resubscribe. You will see the renewal date on your account page.

Cancelling

Cancel any subscription from your account page in two clicks. You keep access until the end of the period you already paid for, and you are not charged again. There is no cancellation fee and no need to contact anyone.

You can also cancel through our payment processor, CCBill, at https://support.ccbill.com, or by writing to support@velvetsocial.com. Either way the result is the same.

Refunds

Because content is delivered immediately, purchases are generally final. We do refund charges made without your authorization, duplicate charges, and charges for content that was removed for violating our policies before you could view it. Ask within 30 days of the charge. Refunds go back to the original payment method.

Before disputing a charge with your bank, please contact us at support@velvetsocial.com or our payment processor at https://support.ccbill.com. We resolve most billing questions within one business day.

Your statement

Charges appear as VELVETSOCIAL. Payments are processed by CCBill, our authorized payment processor, which handles card data under its own privacy policy; we never see your full card number.

Failed payments

If a renewal fails, we retry for a few days and let you know by email. If it still fails, the subscription ends and you keep any content you already unlocked.
